So I felt like posting a little something. It's snowing in Provo and we have maybe 4-6 inches so far. I love driving and walking in the snow as much as I like getting kicked in the shin. But it does make the world look like Christmas time. And what better way to celebrate Christmas time than to eat Mexican food? These past several days have been a fiesta. We love this taco shop near our house that makes very authentic Mexican food. In a matter of a day, we ate there and Alex made her amazing nachos. Now, just a side note, Alex's nachos are to DIE for. I would almost give my life for them... not really, but they are amazing! And I finished off a couple things of salsa by myself after and before. Point is, we had some bad heart burn and spicy breath for a while. That is the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas, everyone!

Have you guys tried El Gallo Giro? It's wonderful as far as Authentic Mexican food goes. It's on Univ. Avenue--you should go :)
