Our 1st anniversary was very chill and fun. We first exchanged gifts, we wanted to try our hands at the traditional wedding gifts. The 1st year is represented by paper. Yes that's right, paper. At first I was thinking what on earth could I get Chris involving paper other then a card?! I had an amazing idea and even ordered it and everything but it went on backorder for eternity. So I had only a few days to quickly figure out what to get! I ended up getting him this really cool looking bottle and wrote a long love message and rolled it up and put it in the bottle. "Message in a Bottle" anyone? Hehehe. Chris got me tickets to a band I like called Vedera who was going to play in SLC in October! It was fun following that tradition. Next year it will be cotton, so that will be better I think :) We then went to Murray to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner...it was delish! I didn't take a lot of pics, but it was a great day! I love my husband!
