Sickness and Missing the Husband

So this picture describes how I am feeling....if I was man and if I wore suits. This weekend was Chris's show in Reno. Now I wanted to see him play. Of course I did. But this show was different because I couldn't just go home after they played like I normally do because they were in another state! I wanted Chris to have the best time and not worry about me. Plus I needed to teach our Sunbeams. So when they left on Friday I was pretty bummed. But after I got home from school I noticed my throat was really sore. "Oh no!" I thought, "I can't be sick!" But it turns out....I totally was!

That night sucked. I took a bunch of medicine and crashed on the couch. Saturday was the same. I was very happy I didn't go to Reno because it would have been awful! Today I can't hear out of my left ear, and my left nostril is soooo stuffy! Luckily the sunbeams weren't to frisky and the day went quick. Now I am just waiting for Chris to get home :)

I am super excited for this weekend because it is me and Chris's one year anniversary! I cannot believe we have almost been married a whole year. Time really does fly by!
